SINGLE RIDE TICKET valid for two hours on light rail only, in any direction. DAY PASS valid for unlimited rides on VTA bus and light rail (surcharge required for Adults boarding Express bus). Proof of eligibility required for Youth (5-18) & Senior (65+)/Disabled/Medicare. Must present as proof of payment to Fare Inspector upon request, and to Coach Operator when boarding bus. VTA is not responsible for lost or stolen property. It is unlawful to evade fare, or misuse, resell, transfer, duplicate or alter VTA passes or tickets - CA Penal Codes § 481.1 § 483 and § 640.
