a quick look at the new blackpool tram cars , i had time on my hands on this day but i was getting paid for this. these shots were taken at bispham & fleetwood.
blackpool tramway opened on the 29/9/1885 & is one of the oldest working electric tram ways in the world,powered by 600volt over head wires,it has many working types of tram dateing back to around 1902.
